Swinging but with bezel above which is hinged at 9:00 and lip for opening at 2:00. 3/4 engine turned with center cartouche--excellent eye appeal. Obviously silver but not marked as such. Low #42 Nice NOS crystal. Great case for your hi-grade nickel or rare PL. Sexy case--first seen. From an old NE estate auction 20 yrs ago. (You do not want to hear what else was in the auction--the raw rare meat!)
