First of all thanks for explaining your reasons.
I compared the cock to the one sold in Jonesy in 2019, In this case its just a bad camera angle. They are just 2 numbers apart.
I missed that it was a converted hunter, but its four size - pretty difficult to recase a 4 size.
Yes, I was aware of the crack.
As far as price, $7,600 is much better than $19,000.
I was the underbidder, so go ahead and yell at me!
The issue I had with it, is the gear train was not gold.
The person that sold this one is also the seller of #9, and she said she is disposing of a $5 million collection, and there is much more to come. She didn't explain why she decided to sell this one on ebay, when she sold the first one at Jonesy. And no I dont think it was the crack! |
