I know it's only a lowly Hampton dial but this is a kick ass dial. I think whoever bought it got a steal.

IT IS ON THE LOCOMOTIVE, not the tender.

It is the engine number.

The dial is killer, and outside of the free sprung and the Chronometer Hampdens sucked 40 years ago and they still do. Geno,

I think it is just that cool. How much would it have brought if it had been even an Elgin dial???

To be 100% honest I do not believe an Elgin would have helped the price that much' MAYBE for a Wally (NEIL, NEIL, NEIL???).

Very Happy

If that were a Wally Dial - I probably would be coughing up $3,500 for it.
