maale winding stem cases & movements

can someone tell me what different makes of 18s movements came
with a male winding stem ?
I know that the Waltham 57 did, I think some low grade Illinois, were there others ?

I have seen a couple of early Longines with male stems.
There are a few private label ones about as well that may have been US imports before they tightened up on Swiss made stuff.
