I purchased a small lot of movements, but I had to pay top dollar for them and I am unsure why. I thought maybe this movement is worth something.
Since I know very little about Elgins, I thought I would share it here for an idea of its value.

The other 3 movements were:

19j Riverside model 1908
10s PS Bartlett model 1865
and the one I was pursuing - I will post a pic of it when I get it.
Waltham model 1888 Royal 2 tone - I have never seen one!

Keith you are a little ahead of me!

Who is luvsthetic?

Who is Cliff?

When you say he does his own work - you mean fixes his own watches!?
